Wednesday: 5AM - 6AM (Total Body) | 9AM - 10AM (Legs) | 5PM - 5:45PM (Bands)

Thursday: 5AM - 5:30AM (box) | 5:30AM - 6:30AM (Arms) | 9AM - 10AM (Box) | 9:30AM - 10:30AM (Total Body) | 6Pm- 6:45PM (Total Body)

Friday: 5AM - 6AM (Total Body) | 9AM - 10AM (Arms)

Saturday: 7:30AM - 8:30AM (Boxing) | 8:30AM - 9:30AM (TRX/Kb)

Sunday: 9am - 10am (total body hiit)
